A Little Miss Fit Update: February 6th

So yesterday I celebrated the Super Bowl by going to the gym.

I had the weight area of the gym almost to myself (thank you football!)

I did about 30 minutes of strength training, doing sets of reps on six different machines.

Today I'll probably need to do some cardio to loosen up what I'm sure will be sore muscles.

I'm here and I'm still writing,
